Where can I find and purchase Black Koa products?
Black Koa gear are used by individuals around the world and is available exclusively from BlackKoa.com.

Do you provide any type of guarantee on your products?
You can purchase Black Koa gear with confidence, knowing that BK provides a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on each and every product sold.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Black Koa gear purchase, return it within 30 days of receiving the shipment for a full refund, no questions asked.

Can I order something that is OUT-OF-STOCK?
No – Please check back with the website often.  Black Koa restocks its items on a regular basis.  You can only order an item when it is in-stock.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated via UPS Calculator for all U.S orders. International orders are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on region you are shipping to.

Do you provide any type of shipping incentive?
Black Koa will provide free domestic shipping (via UPS Air) from Hawaiʻi, to all U.S. destinations (including Alaska) on purchases totaling a minimum of $99.  Note:  Black Koa only charges actual shipping cost, we do not charge an additional handling fee.

When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped UPS AIR out of Hawaiʻi.  Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and an additional 7-10 business days for domestic (US) deliveries.  Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for international orders.

Can I contact you directly with any questions?
You may contact CustomerService@BlackKoa.com with any questions or concerns regarding your order.

I do not live in the U.S.A., can I still order online?
All international orders will be shipped UPS International Priority Mail from Hawai’i.  Simply put the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and add your international mailing address, your shipping cost will be determined automatically.

Why do my billing and shipping address have to match?
As an additional step to prevent fraud we require that your billing and shipping information be the same.

When are new products released?
We announce release dates through our various social media sites and the Black Koa newsletter.  Subscribe to these to stay up to date on release dates for new items and specials for current designs.

Do you re-stock your inventory?
Unlike other brands that change designs on a regular or seasonal basis, Black Koa strives to create designs that are iconic with long term viability, as such, all gear are restocked unless specified.

Do you offer gift cards?
Black Koa does not offer gift cards/certificates at this time.
